Stan
Stan has been playing drums in the Baltimore/Washington area for over 20 years. He has played from coast to coast, north to south. Although blues drumming isn't what he has been known for. Starting with his first band in 1978, he spent years with various local hard rock and classic rock bands.
He has also spent time in the recording studio. Working with local, regional and national acts. Recording with Sarah Pinsker & SuperSonic as well as local bands to create a promo-package recording. He has spent years lending his solid meter to acts such as; Sarah Pinsker, SuperSonic, FinalEyes, Disappear fear, Big Dog Blues Band, The Vandells, UptheAnte, Abraxas and Wolf Spider. Just to name a few. He has also jammed with Reggie Wayne Morris' Band bassist Chris Sellman. Never Never guitarist Ronnie Zebron. Not forgetting local band, friends, the Blues Doctors and the Skla Burrel Blues Band.
Stan is known as "Eastern-Stan-dard Time" for his great meter and timing, discovered while recording SuperSonic's- Tension & Release. He has played with bands on Bourbon St. in New Orleans, at festivals in D.C. and Baltimore. As well as shows in Michigan, New York, Philadelphia and in the Florida Keys.
